Registered Nurse, Certified nursing assistant and Licensed practical nurse are all different ranks of nurses; they get good salaries and bonus each month. People can start career with CNA after getting few weeks training and passing a certification exam that is known as NCLEX-PN. After working in a hospital for years, a certified nursing assistant is promoted to LPN and later to RN. They can also get promotions by getting an associate degree for LPN and four-year bachelor degree in nursing for starting career directly from the post of RN. Talking about doctors, they usually get a four-year degree and then spend four more years in medical schools and in internships. Some colleges offer a combine package of six years instead of eight. To get further promotions, a doctor can specialize in any of medical fields like heart, liver, brain, stomach, lungs etc.
